Terms & Conditions — Compliance-Safe Web Pack
Version: October 20, 2026. The version in force when you pay is the version that governs your order.
The Compliance-Safe Web Pack is sold by Walnut Elm Company and operated by Cole Bennett under the SecondLine name. Payments are processed by Stripe; your receipt and card statement will show Walnut Elm Company. Everything between us happens by email. There are no calls, subscriptions, renewals, or ongoing services.
What this service is — and is not
This is a technical website audit and repair service. It is not legal advice, we are not a law firm, and it is not a compliance certification: no government body certifies websites as HIPAA or ADA compliant, and we do not claim otherwise. The audit report states what our checks find on the pages covered by your order, on the dates the checks are run. It is a findings report, not a legal opinion. It cannot guarantee that a court, a regulator, or a plaintiff will agree with any finding, or that no claim will ever be made against you.
What you are buying
The pack covers one website — the domain named at intake — and its key pages: home, services, and booking/contact, or the pages we agree in writing to substitute. Other domains, locations, and websites are separate orders.
The pack contains: (1) the Audit Report — accessibility failures grouped by severity with annotated screenshots of your actual pages, a full inventory of the trackers and pixels found and the pages they load on, and a plain-English risk summary; (2) the Fix — remediation of the key pages and removal or fencing of trackers on patient pages, staged first and made live only after your written approval; (3) the Hygiene Pack — a Google Business Profile check and an intake-form review; and (4) a written handover note listing everything changed and removed.
The $249 Audit is the Audit Report on its own: no fixes, no Hygiene Pack. If you order the full pack within 30 days of the audit report, the full $249 is credited toward the pack price.
A rebuild may be offered once, at delivery of the audit report, and only when the report shows patching would be the wrong option. Its price and scope are stated in writing at that time; nothing about a rebuild is owed by either side until you accept that offer in writing.
Free teaser audits are samples of the method, provided as-is. They are not the paid audit and carry no guarantee.
Price and payment
Prices are in US dollars. The price that governs your order is the price shown at checkout when you pay. There is no setup fee and no per-page charge.
You may pay in full, or split: $997 to start, $1,000 at delivery. Under split-pay, the balance is invoiced at delivery and is due before handover; handover waits for the balance. If you cancel before any work has begun, everything you have paid is refunded. Once the audit stage has begun, the start payment is earned for that stage; any later stage you have paid for but we have not begun is refunded if the order is cancelled.
By paying, you confirm you are authorized to buy this service for the practice and the website named at intake.
Intake, access, and timing
Delivery is about five business days from a complete intake — not from payment. The clock starts when we have the site access and intake answers the intake email asks for. If intake stays incomplete, we send two reminders; after 30 days of silence the order closes, with refunds handled exactly as the cancellation terms above describe.
We use the access you give us only to do this work. You may revoke it the moment handover is complete, and we delete stored credentials from our records when the order closes. If your site, host, or a third party is down or blocks the work, the clock pauses; that is not a delay by us.
The audit
The audit uses automated scanning tools and manual checks, named in the report. Findings carry screenshots of your pages with the issue spots marked. Before any change is made, we capture the baseline: dated screenshots of every key page as found, the raw scan outputs, the tracker inventory, and a saved copy of each key page's markup.
Findings, severity ratings, and priorities are our professional judgment, documented so you can check them or hand them to your own web person or attorney. If a finding is factually wrong, tell us — corrections are free and made in writing. A disagreement with a judgment call is not a factual error. Other tools and scanners score websites differently; our report stands on its named method.
The fix stage
Fixes are built on a staging copy first. Your written approval of the staged changes is what authorizes them to go live, and it binds the scope: changes requested after approval are new work, quoted separately, unless they are defects (below). We change nothing outside the approved fix list.
If your theme, host, or platform makes a specific fix impossible without a rebuild, that item is delivered as a written record of the blocker plus the workaround applied or the rebuild path — documented in the report before the fix stage is charged as complete. A platform wall is not a failure to deliver.
Handover and the evidence pack
At handover you receive the after-screenshots of the key pages, the audit report, the change log, and the handover note — together, the evidence pack. Please confirm handover in writing. We keep our copy of the evidence pack for 12 months.
The guarantee
If we fail to deliver any item listed in this pack, or our audit misses an entire class of issue we said we would check, we fix it free or refund everything you have paid us for the pack. Your call.*
* The guarantee works like this:
- "Item listed in this pack" means the deliverables named in the section What you are buying, scoped to the key pages agreed at intake.
- "Fail to deliver" means an item was not delivered, or was delivered in a form that cannot be used for its stated purpose. It does not mean delivered in a style, format, or wording you would have chosen yourself.
- "An entire class of issue" means a whole category the audit said it would examine — image alt text, form labels, third-party trackers on patient pages, and the like — that was not examined at all. A single missed instance inside a category that was examined is a defect, handled under the defect window below — and if a defect cannot be fixed inside that window, it is then treated as a failure to deliver that item.
- The guarantee does not promise you cannot be sued, and it does not promise a court or regulator will agree with our work. Nobody honest can sell you that.
- Claims: in writing, within 30 days of handover. On a valid claim you choose: we fix it free, or we refund everything you have paid us for the pack, to the original payment method, within 10 business days of the claim being agreed. Claims are judged against the evidence pack — the dated before/after screenshots, the audit report, and the change log as delivered — not against the live site as it stands later.
- After 30 days from handover, the order is closed and no claim of any kind remains open.
Defect window
For 14 days after handover, defects in our own work are fixed free. A defect is a delivered item not working as documented in the evidence pack at handover. New issues, and differences from the evidence pack that arise after handover — changes made by you, your web company, a host, or a plugin or platform update — are not defects. Tell us about a defect in writing and describe what is not working; we will confirm the fix or the reason it is not a defect, in writing.
After handover
When the defect window closes, the work is done and so are we: no monitoring, no maintenance, no account management. The site, the report, and the evidence pack are yours.
Refunds follow the guarantee and these terms only. Reviews, public posts, and threats of either do not change the process or the outcome. If you dispute a charge with your card issuer instead of using the claim process, the evidence pack is the record we provide.
Limits
Our total responsibility for any order, for any reason, is capped at everything you have paid us for that order. We are not responsible for consequential losses — lost revenue, lost patients, or the outcome of any legal or regulatory matter — under any circumstances. The pack is sold for the named practice and website and is not transferable to another business or site.
Writing governs
Everything material between us — scope, approvals, changes, claims — happens in writing, by email. If it is not in writing, it is not agreed. These terms and the pack list are the whole agreement for your order; if any single clause is found unenforceable, the rest stand.
